The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and multilingual, speaking English, Spanish, French, and Italian. When I had trouble ordering a gelato, they swooped in like superheroes, saving the day with their linguistic prowess.
Slightly disappointing breakfast. No teabags or milk provided.

The host was extremely helpful and friendly, offering to pick us up from the station and even escort us to the cruise bus pick-up point. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the bus pick-up point, and within walking distance of the town center.
There were limited dining options in the area, and it was difficult to arrange transportation to the airport.

The breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of items to choose from including a coffee machine, biscuits and snacks. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was just a short walk away from the bus pick up point for cruise ships. This made it extremely convenient for us to catch our cruise without any hassle. the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, arranging a last-minute airport pick-up for us and providing a detailed tour of the property along with valuable information about the surrounding area.
In all honesty, there was nothing we disliked about our stay at this hotel. Everything was just fine, from the facilities to the service provided.

Access to a patio: The holiday home had a charming patio where I enjoyed my morning coffee, feeling like I was in my own little oasis of tranquility.
Plastic-wrapped utensils: Disappointingly, the breakfast items were all wrapped in plastic, which didn't align with the environmentally-conscious ethos of the seaside town.
